The penthouses are on the top floor and reached by stairs, as the property has no elevator.

Each features a private furnished balcony, large living/dining area with queen sleeper sofa, separate bedroom, and full kitchen, as well as the option to connect to a Two Bed Studio furnished with one queen and one twin bed.
